HCE Helmet Cleaning Equipment

HCE manufactures commercial helmet cleaning, disinfection, and drying equipment. We build order-configured machines at our facility in Foshan and ship them to operators, distributors, and OEM partners internationally.

The legal entity behind this site is Foshan Weixianwu Internet Services Co., Ltd., Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China.

What we build

Three commercial configurations, each confirmed against the destination market’s voltage and the site’s expected throughput:

  • HCE-S1 — a single-chamber cabinet for workshops, gear retail, rental counters, and driving schools.
  • HCE-D2 — a two-zone cabinet that cleans two helmets concurrently, for higher-traffic sites such as ride-hailing hubs, fuel stations, and transit stations.
  • HCE-K2 — a self-service kiosk for unattended 24-hour operation, with automatic door locking, an instruction screen, and optional fluid-level telemetry.

All three use micro-atomized vapor with UV-assisted chamber exposure, followed by circulating warm-air convection drying.

Who we work with

Motorcycle dealerships and repair workshops, helmet and gear rental operators, delivery and ride-hailing fleets, driving schools, karting and motorsport venues, parking and fuel-station operators, and regional distributors who want to carry the category in their own market.

We supply OEM and private-label configurations, and we run a distributor program with defined regional terms.

Alongside the equipment, we publish practical guides on selecting, operating, and maintaining helmet cleaning equipment — cycle planning, throughput calculation, maintenance schedules, and cleaning-versus-disinfection procedure.
